Prep for tomorrow’s workout or meal times the night before. In the morning, grab and go.
Out of sight, out of mind – park that workout equipment where it will guilt you into hopping on!
Kill two birds with one stone – watch TV or listen to music while working out.
Use upcoming trips, social events or family functions to prime the motivational pump. It will feel great to show up at that wedding several noticeable pounds lighter.
Get a fitness assessment – body fat, strength, cardio etc. in as little as 8-12 weeks, you can retest to gauge your fabulous results.
Don’t underestimate revenge – nothing that you could ever eat will taste as good as it will feel when those doubting Thomases see the new you.
