Fit 40+ and Fabulous

Dear Sandra & Doug,

I want to say a huge THANK YOU for all of the help you have given me. You have not only helped me change my physique, but you have helped me change my thinking too. You are both amazing at what you do and I am so thankful that I read the article on Fit 40 + you did in September of 2009.


It has changed my life! I feel more energetic, happier and confident in who I am because I feel that I am in control of my life for the first time. I only wish I had met you 20 years ago!!

Hi Sandra,

Just had to drop you a short note and thank you for setting up the Fit 40 class. I never thought I would get to this stage of fitness in such a short period of time. I also never thought I'd be lifting the kinds of weight I am now. My biggest thrill was today when shopping with my daughter and finding out I was the same size as her

Colleen Parsons - Olsson holds a MSc. in Health and Exercise Psychology, a BSc. Physical Education and a BSc. in Foods and Nutrition. If you’ve been needing a nutrition tune up, we’ve got you covered!

Monday April 26: Candace Curry is back!

I’m too fat, I’m too old, I’m too busy, I’m too tired, I’m an all or nothing person, I can’t, I should have, I would have, I could have, I must….AHHHHHHHH!!!!!

So many thoughts……

How we think has a huge impact on our success (physically and mentally). Sometimes, we aren’t even aware of the stories that we’ve been telling ourselves. Candace has a unique way of getting us to look at our thoughts and behaviours. She will make you laugh while encouraging you to question some of your unhelpful beliefs. Don’t miss out.

Fit 40+ and Fabulous includes:

  • 10 weekly group workout sessions.

  • Homework: we will provide you with your weight training and cardio plan.

  • Fitness and nutrition topics that will spur some lively conversation.

  • 2 body fat tests (before and after) plus weigh ins and food journal reviews over the series.

  • Last but definitely not least: Motivation to the max: You’ve got Sandra AND Doug Bueckert to challenge, encourage and support you!
Space is limited. Hopefully you can attend!!

Current dates:

Monday classes: May 3, 10, 17, 31, June 7, 14, 21, 28; July 5, 12

Wednesday classes: 28, May 5, 12, 19, 26, June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

**Remember: choose either Monday sessions or Wednesday sessions—not both**

Current Times: 7:15 - 8:30PM

Fit, Forty and Fabulous Fee: 10 Weekly Workout Sessions $675.00 – Presentations Only $42.50 Each .

Fit 40+ and Fabulous is not suitable for clients who Follow a vegetarian diet (you would require a private session with our Personal Nutrition Consultant) or for clients who currently have or have had had an eating disorder.

How do I register?

Classes will be filled on a first response basis. Once we have received your completed registration package (forms and payment), we will notify you once your registration has been received. At this time, we will also let you know if there is space in the class you have requested.
