We are pleased to announce that the 2009 Lean & Mean Challenge starts on April 20 and will finish on July 10th.   

Many of us are holding ourselves back from accomplishing our goals.  Maybe it’s hard for us to imagine really achieving the trim, lean body that we want, and since we really don’t believe we can achieve our desired goal, we sabotage it in little ways – we eat too much, drink too much, or exercise inconsistently.

Have you erected some of these self-imposed barriers?  “I’m too old,”  “I’m too fat,”  “I don’t have the time,” “I’m afraid of failing again,” and the list goes on.

Imagine!  In just 12 weeks you could have the best body you’ve ever had!  But we don’t expect you to do it alone.

At One on One Fitness, we have the tools to help you get lean and stay that way.  We have exceptional personal trainers to design your wining fitness program and to encourage you to meet or exceed your goals.  We’ve got sound nutrition advice and guidance too.

The Lean and Mean Challenge is for everyone.  Whether you want to lose weight and get lean or just want to get leaner, this challenge is for you.

The client who loses the greatest percentage of their starting body fat during the 12 weeks wins the prizes!  Yes, that’s right…there’s $1000.00 in prizes to be won!

Rules

  • We promote balanced and healthy eating at One on One Personal Fitness Instruction Inc. Fad or extreme diets are harmful and as a result are prohibited in the Lean & Mean Challenge. Clients who do not uphold this value will be removed from the challenge.

  • The decision of the staff at One on One Personal Fitness Instruction Inc. is FINAL. In the event there is a tie, the aerobic component of the fitness appraisal will determine the winner.

  • All entrants must complete a before and after body fat assessment, waist circumference measurements and a minimum of one (1) personal training session a week at One on One Personal Fitness Instruction Inc.

  • Previous winners of the Lean & Mean challenge and previous fitness or bodybuilding contestants are not eligible to enter.

  • The winner shall be a One on One Personal Fitness Instruction Inc. profile. They must further agree that One on One will use their photo and story for promotional opportunities.

  • The winner will receive a $1,000.00 shopping spree. Prizes and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash nor can substitutions be made in the prizes awarded.
