Terry Hardman

Terry studied personal fitness training through Mount Royal University in Calgary.

She is an avid distance runner who partakes in regular road races and enjoys running year round. Terry spends her non-running days incorporating strength training, yoga and flexibility training into her schedule. Integrating biking and other active living pursuits is also important to her.

Personal training is a passion for Terry because she has a desire to help others achieve their goals and feel better physically and mentally. It is her belief that anyone can achieve their fitness goals if they commit to putting in the work. She is motivated by the opportunity to show others what they can achieve.

She is a registered massage therapist and has been since 2000. As a provider of preventative health-care, Terry has developed a strong belief in total body care and sees a strong connection in balancing nutrition, exercise, preventative care and stress management in order to achieve total health.

As a working mother of two, she is aware of the restrictions her clients may face in finding time they can dedicate to exercise, but she believes strongly that fitness has to be made a priority in one’s life.
